Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us with your order ID and reason for return.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items
Opened or used products, items purchased during flash sales or clearance events, and downloadable/digital products are not eligible for refunds.
